Anthony is the Director of Human Resources at Blaney McMurtry LLP.   He has over 20 years of HR experience ranging from the service industry to telecommunications and for the past decade the legal industry. He is responsible for and leads all areas of HR for Blaney.

Before joining Blaney, he was a manager at a boutique start up law firm for 7 years (which grew from 7 people to over 50 during his time).  At this boutique law firm, he led all areas of the firm from Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Facilities and Technology which provided him a greater understanding and insight on how law firms run and how a bit of creativity, enthusiasm and a desire to do better each day can have a lasting impact on a firm and it’s employees.

Anthony is a proud member of HRPA (Certified since 2007) and TLOMA (since 2014). His drive and passion for HR and the legal industry comes from helping law firms run efficiently while developing their staff.  At the end of the day, it’s all about the people.
