Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be highly organized, friendly, professional, and energetic, and enjoy working as part of a team.
This position is part-time and will be in-office from 8:30 am – 1:30 pm daily. An alternative schedule may be considered.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting visitors at reception in a professional and engaging manner
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Maintaining and organizing reception area, kitchen, boardrooms
- Maintaining office and kitchen supplies inventories
- Administrative assistance for the Chief Operating Officer (working on projects, scheduling & coordinating meetings, preparing documents, spreadsheets etc.)
- Various other administrative and accounting tasks
- Assisting with firm and client events
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous office experience, preferably in a law firm
- Experience with MS Office is essential. Other software training will be provided
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; enthusiastic, positive and professional
- Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently and as a team in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize
