Special room rates have been negotiated for you and will be available to Conference attendees only. Please book before Friday, September 7, 2018 to get the reduced rate of $179.00 plus taxes. Reservations made after this date will be based on availability.

Deposit / Cancellations
|
Deposit Required - Please note that a deposit will be taken in the amount of the first night's room and taxes as well as the facility fee at the time of booking. This deposit is refundable should you need to cancel as long as White Oaks is informed by 4pm, 48 hours prior to your arrival.
Facility Fee - In addition to the room rate quoted, a $6.00 per room, per day facility fee will be charged which covers self parking, basic in-room WIFI, local telephone calls as well as a Guest Membership to the Club at White Oaks during your stay. Court time, Yoga and Pilates are an additional cost.
