Joanne is Chief Operating Officer at Willms & Shier Environmental Lawyers. She has 15 years of experience in law firm management. Joanne is a Certified Public Accountant and prior to joining the legal world, worked in Finance and Accounting roles at various large corporations.

A lifelong believer in volunteerism, Joanne was on the TLOMA Board of Directors for 4 years and is currently a member of the TLOMA Golf Committee.
