VIRTUAL VENUE TIPS

• It is recommended that you login via your laptop or desktop computer using Google Chrome (outside of Citrix).
• The photo booth, site-wide text chat, video chat and Q&A widget will not work on your mobile device or iPad.
• Please disable your VPN to maximize your user experience.
• Please note, you can only have the platform open on one browser or device at a time.
• Upon signing into the virtual platform, you will be greeted with a quick navigation video. Please take a moment to watch the video and familiarize yourself with the events platform that was personalized for our event.
