David is an executive whose experience is concentrated in improving organizational effectiveness and operational results through the identification and implementation of needed changes in strategy, project and service delivery, technology, operations, organization and process.  He has led the implementation of project management capability and practices in eight organizations, has presented at several conferences on project management as well as taught PM to hundreds of individuals. 

Mr. Giles brings over 25 years of experience leading strategic and change initiatives in both business and IT across nine  industries and has held senior roles in three law firms.
