Heather’s practice is dedicated to advising, representing and advocating for employers on a wide range of employment and labour law matters.  Heather is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society, Canadian Bar Association and Ontario Bar Association (Labour & Employment; Civil Litigation; Constitutional, Civil Liberties and Human Rights; Workers’ Compensation; and Young Lawyers).  Prior to joining Sherrard Kuzz LLP, Heather articled at a leading full-service firm in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
