Kelly Margani is the Director, Business Design + Strategy at Southren Group, responsible for the direction of business and brand strategy, and ensuring the personality and voice of the brand is delivered consistently throughout all programs and platforms. She also contributes to the structure and design of the firm’s program and service offerings.

She is a Certified Coach and the Director, Business Design + Strategy.  Kelly contributes to the structure and design of program offerings and facilitates a selection of the group training sessions and workshops, specifically in the areas of business strategy, forecasting, strategic planning, branding and design thinking, and does one-on-one Results Coaching programs with our clients.

With a background in corporate communications, creative solutions, account management and client service, she is a decisive communicator, design thinker, and a skilled problem-solver. Kelly loves to nurture the 'big ideas' that help usher clients to the next stage of their professional journey.
