Kimberly Grange (She/Her/Hers) oversees Dentons Canada’s Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity (ID&E) strategy. Reporting directly to the Canada CEO, Kimberly leads the firm’s ID&E team in Canada, working closely with leadership to set and meet ID&E goals, embed ID&E across all of our business, and continue to foster a culture of belonging for all of our people. As Canada Director of ID&E, Kimberly leads the Inclusion and Diversity Council and supports our affinity groups across the Firm, including our Black Professionals Network, WomenLEAD and GLOW. Kimberly is also a member of the global inclusion and diversity teams and collaborates with colleagues across regions.

Prior to stepping in the Canada Director of ID&E position, Kimberly held many firm leadership positions, developing talent processes and designing projects with impact through an inclusion and equity lens. She has crafted and delivered on strategy, and has a strong track record of leading in ID&E. She is a regular speaker on panels at law schools and professional association conferences.
