Milosz works with Osler’s leadership team to answer the most pressing questions about the firm’s clients, competitors, industry trends and future opportunities and threats that could impact the firm and its business. During the past seven years Milosz has led a number of critical initiatives including strategic business planning, client satisfaction program, development of the firm’s international strategy, and implementation of a modern, integrated CRM system.

When not launching the largest and most complex CRM implementation in the Canadian legal market, he works with colleagues in Marketing, Finance and Technology to find solutions to serve Osler’s clients more efficiently and effectively.

Prior to Osler Milosz worked at KPMG following roles in strategy and market advisory in financial and consulting industries.

Milosz holds Master degrees from Yale University and SOAS University of London as well a Bachelor degree from University of Colorado. After living in Europe and the United States, he now calls Toronto home.
