Randy Bauslaugh leads McCarthy Tétrault's national Pensions, Benefits & Executive Compensation practice.  He’s been practicing in the pension and benefits area exclusively since 1983.  He is also an expert Trustee for one of Canada's largest Employee Life & Health Trusts, the Ontario English Catholic Teachers Association ELHT, which has approximately 45,000 full-time participants. In his spare time he serves as a Director on the Boards of the Canadian National Exhibition Association and the Scarborough Hospital Foundation.
