Tammy began her career in learning as the Training Manager for Procter & Gamble. She left the corporate world as a VP of HR and started up a consulting firm with a business partner.

HR Transformations Inc. now employ about 35 consultants including trainers in Canada and the US, with practice areas in change management, organization design and training.
