The Immigration Case Analyst plays a key role in the intake, processing and follow up of client files. Immigration Case Analysts operate at various levels of autonomy and on various types of immigration files depending on their level of experience and tenure with the Firm.

Experience working with the following immigration applications would be an asset:
• LMIA
• Work Permits
• Sponsorship
• Express Entry
• Investor Programs
Immigration Case Analysts may report into a Team Lead, Associate Lawyer or Partner depending on the level and team.
Responsibilities:
- Acting as the key point of contact for client inquiries at all stages; sending out initiation for files and providing clients with status updates throughout the life-cycle of their file
- Completing government forms required for various applications, drafting submission letters, mining the client’s file for information and following up on outstanding information in a timely manner
- Conducting research and leveraging government resources to ensure processes are current and appropriate documents are being used
- Full accountability of assigned files or applications including checking client ledgers and billing processes, reviewing invoices for approval
- Scheduling appointments and meetings with clients
- Ensuring that timelines and deadlines are diarized and met including expiry dates and other key dates

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree OR a Diploma or Certificate is required
- Any legal administrative or immigration experience including LMIA, Express Entry, PNP, Sponsorship and Work Permit Applications is an asset
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Excellent writing abilities is a requirement
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment
