For more than 30 years, TLOMA Compensation Surveys have been a trusted source of compensation benchmarking data for the Canadian legal community.

Law firms representing a wide range of sizes and practice areas participate annually, contributing to one of the most reliable compensation datasets in the industry.

Developed specifically for law firms, these surveys provide practical market intelligence to help firms make informed decisions about compensation, talent retention, and total rewards strategies.

Participation in the TLOMA Compensation Surveys is an exclusive benefit available to TLOMA Members.
