Sarah is a Senior Director, health Solutions for the Ontario region. Sarah is an experienced workplace health promotion professional and strategist with over 20 years in the industry. Driven by her passion for employee health, Sarah is motivated to increase the level of health innovation and support available to Canadian workers through their employers.

Sarah's experience ranges from workplace consulting for national organizations, operational execution, and client health analytics reporting. She is a strong supporter of data telling the story and throughout her career has developed insightful health analyses for Canadian organizations.

Through her understanding of each organization, Sarah helps workplaces understand the leading indicators of employee physical and mental health and promotes effective and practical strategies to improve employee well-being. Specifically, Sarah has supported workplaces in various industries, understand the stages of building a workplace health strategy starting with building a foundation at all levels of the organization, all the way to ongoing evaluation. Sarah's passion is listening and understanding where clients are at today and making recommendations that will continue to propel business forward and deliver positive employee outcomes.

Sarah holds degrees in both Kinesiology, Education and a post-graduate diploma in Workplace Wellness and Health Promotion.
