Exhibitor Terms & Conditions

• A 25% non-refundable deposit is required upon registration to secure your exhibitor package and participation in the 2027 TLOMA Conference & Trade Show.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full by Friday, July 30, 2027.
• Registrations received after July 30, 2027, if accepted, require payment in full at the time of registration.

Registration Confirmation

• Exhibitor registration is not confirmed until the required deposit or full payment has been received.
• All registrations are subject to availability and approval by TLOMA.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to TLOMA.

• On or before Wednesday, June 30, 2027: Refund of payments received, less the 25% non-refundable deposit.

• July 1 to Friday, July 30, 2027: Refund of payments received, less the 25% non-refundable deposit. (Proposed clarification — subject to confirmation.)

• After Friday, July 30, 2027: No refunds will be issued.

• Please allow up to four weeks for approved refunds to be processed.

Exhibitor Registration Changes

• Changes to exhibitor representatives or other registration details must be submitted to TLOMA in writing and are subject to approval.
• Any additional attendees, tickets, or services requested beyond the inclusions of the purchased package may be subject to additional fees.

Booth Allocation & Requirements

• Booth locations are assigned at the discretion of TLOMA. While every effort will be made to accommodate exhibitor preferences, specific booth locations cannot be guaranteed.
• All exhibitors must comply with the booth setup, equipment, safety, and operational requirements outlined in the Exhibitor Manual and any instructions provided by TLOMA or the venue.

Conference Program & Event Changes

• TLOMA reserves the right to make changes to the conference program, speakers, schedule, floor plan, venue arrangements, or other event details when necessary. Every effort will be made to communicate significant changes to exhibitors in a timely manne
