We are delighted to have Jim Durham as our guest speaker. Jim has been one of the legal industry’s leaders in marketing and business development for 18 years. He was most recently the Chief Marketing Officer for Ropes & Gray LLP. Previously Jim was the President of The Law Firm Development Group, Inc., where he worked with hundreds of law firms on engagements that included: building and assessing marketing departments; training lawyers in thought leadership, client service, sales and business development skills; coaching individual lawyers; conducting client interviews; training law firm staff in client service; setting up structures for winning competitive business; developing marketing strategies for practice groups; and consulting on management strategies for firms.
