Catherine Mitchell is a business development coach for GEM Communications (Toronto) with over 20 years' experience in both marketing and business development roles for a variety of financial services companies. For GEM Communications, she leads the ON TRAC Business Development Program and manages the coaching team who delivers it. With this program, she helps professionals in service industries meet or exceed their revenue targets and deepen their client relationships.
