Description
Martin is a lawyer and E-Discovery consultant who works with law firms and their clients to establish policies and best practices for electronic discovery. He is the co-founder and former CEO of Commonwealth Legal, and has more than 15 years of practical experience with evidence management in litigation. He has helped draft principles and rules relating to e-discovery for the Sedona Canada Working Group, the Ontario Task Force E-Discovery Subcommittee, and the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia. For 22 years he has been an advisor to the Canadian Judicial Council on technology matters including the security of judicial information and the exchange of evidence in electronic form.
