An organization’s true source of competitive advantage is its people. Understanding the intrinsic link between compensation and the recruitment and retention of skilled employees is a key to sustainable success. The 2008 TLOMA Compensation and Benefits Survey is an ideal tool to equip you with the information you need to know about compensation practices within the Greater Toronto Area.
The TLOMA Survey Kick-off meeting is designed for...

This year we are implementing a new format, beginning with a common introduction section, followed by facilitated job matching sessions with representatives from other firms in your own peer group.
As always, it is a great opportunity to network with others, and ask our consultants your questions. Take advantage of the opportunity to participate in one of the most comprehensive surveys of its kind.
