Human Resources SIG - The Optimal Living Program
Description
The Optimal Living Program Research has long established that proper eating habits, regular exercise and the right nutritional supplements can slow or reverse many aspects of the aging process. This workshop will provide employees with knowledge to choose the right foods, commit to the right exercise program and add the right supplements with a view to significantly reduce risk factors for disease and slow the effects of aging. Dr. Meschino will explain the science on which the research and advice is based and help attendees translate that information into practical, daily strategies that anyone can apply to make a difference to their overall health and wellness.
