OUR SPEAKERS:
Phil Dowd, Senior Vice President of Jones Lang LaSalle’s National Brokerage Solutions team is an expert in lease negotiation. He is highly effective when initiating contact with senior executives and provides clients with a multitude of disciplines to meet their requirements.
Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Phil led the creation of Project Eagle, an initiative to promote the strategic advantages of Toronto as a location to conduct business on a continental basis. Phil has also worked in the publishing industry, with IBC Business Press UK. and as Vice-President at the Financial Post.
A Senior Principal and Vice President of Interior Design with B+H, Heidi oversees the firm’s global interior design operations and provides senior project management.
Throughout her career, Heidi Painchaud has designed and managed numerous award-winning projects in a number of market sectors. Her experience ranges from law firm projects for such clients as McCarthy Tétrault, Fasken Martineau and Heenan Blaikie to large scale entertainment projects for the Walt Disney Corporation, 20th Century Fox, ABC Networks and NASA. While at B+H her focus has also been on commercial projects such as the Toronto Stock Exchange’s headquarters, Deloitte, Ripleys, First Canadian Place Renewal, Alberta Securities Commission and Shaw Communications.
John Tanfield, Senior Vice President of Jones Lang LaSalle’s Project and Development Services is responsible for the oversight of projects run out of the Toronto office as well as managing client relationships and pursuing new business opportunities for central Canada. John manages selected projects throughout the year where complexity and scale of project require superior attention.
John brings over twenty years of experience in design and project management in a diverse range of industry sectors and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
