This is an interactive workshop that will be delivered in a case study format. The interaction begins before the session with participants sharing with TLOMA what they feel are the most important issues facing their respective firms today. The case study will focus on the 5 most frequently raised issues by the participants. On an issue by issue basis, the workshop leader will use the case study to provide background on the issue and then participants will be divided into groups and given time to collaborate on possible solutions to the issue.
Each group will then present their solutions to the issue, and the workshop leader leads a discussion by all participants on the solutions they have heard from the various groups.
There will be time set aside at the end of the workshop for an active exchange of ideas on the issues that were not addressed during the workshop.
