Eric A. Seeger is a principal of Altman Weil, Inc. He works with law firms in the areas of strategy formulation and execution, practice group planning and training, merger search, and succession planning.
Mr. Seeger directs Altman Weil’s market research department. He conducts client surveys and client interviews for law firms and market research projects for legal industry vendors. He is co-author of Altman Weil’s highly-regarded annual industry survey, Law Firms in Transition.
Mr. Seeger holds an MBA, a master’s degree in leadership studies, and a B.A. in philosophy. His prior experience includes law firm positions as Chief Operating Officer and Director of Strategic Planning and Practice Group Management.
